My experience with the PSI online Proctor Exam was NOT good

This is my first time using online proctoring for an exam as I am taking the final exam for my CE Shop course for Virginia Real Estate. I was excited to get the ball rolling after about a month and a half of cramming with the online course.
Well, I get done scheduling and paying for my course and wait til the next day. I get on and immediately have issues with the secure PSI browser. I then had to uninstall and reinstall it. Then i went through all the pre-test verification (photo of ID, Room Scan 360 degrees, and “selfie”) at least three times for the same issue. That being that my webcam was lagging. I contacted Tech Support who was helpful but still couldn’t find the issue because on my end everything was working properly. They even used software to have control over my computer to do it themselves and still found no solution. After almost two hours of trying to fix this issue, I just kept getting the same “Same issue occurring with your webcam.”
Needless to say, I am pretty bent out of shape at this point as they tell me my technical issues are under investigation and they will call me back. I still have no call, and have no idea what to do because now I am out the money I spent to schedule it and I didn’t even get to start the test! I hope to be able to reschedule with the same fee or at least get a refund because this is ridiculous.
